It's very pleasant, quality product
I bought the salad cutlery. It looks beautiful in the photos, but when you have it in your hand, it is huge and unfortunately a bit bulky.
Everything is impeccable. The items are of high quality: melamine tableware that I use for the garden, lightweight to carry while being very sturdy. I only receive compliments. Everything is perfectly packaged and protected. The package was shipped and received quickly. I have placed two orders in 2 years and each time it is perfect. My first purchase was in-store 3 years ago and with hindsight and regular use, the tableware is still very good (it's solid). The only "minus" is that some formats (flat tray, large salad bowl) are slightly hammered (as indicated in the description) while the flat plates and deep trays are not. The hammering on patterned melamine gives a "not great" look. I have a hammered stainless steel paella dish (M'Elite, 40 cm) which is beautiful. Hammering on plain metal (stainless steel, copper), yes, on patterned melamine, no. In summary, I highly recommend this beautiful company that makes beautiful quality items.

I am very happy with the quality of the products and the speed of shipping. The real problem is the carrier DPD. They give delivery times but never come, they dump packages at relay points of their choice... Their service is deplorable.

I am very satisfied with my order, it is really very beautiful items! One star less due to the long waiting time. I had to write an extra email to the company and ask when the delivery would come. Apparently, something was overlooked. But otherwise really very satisfied and I would gladly shop again in the future!!
Return costs can be expensive, in my case, more than 20 euros, especially do not make a mistake, return costs are always the responsibility of the customer.

The basket is of good quality. It is very beautiful with nice finishes. I hope it will last. In any case, it is what we wanted, we are delighted. Product explanations not very clear. On the site. After-sales service not very customer-oriented, not trying to understand the customer's disappointment and to make them happy to retain them. Too bad, I just wanted to buy a tray again without paying shipping costs since I had just bought one that I didn't like being hammered (didn't read well on the site before purchase) and that I intended to keep! Just the shipping costs not to charge me again for the new tray...

Customer service is very poor. I have repeatedly complained about a plate with pictures via email, but unfortunately never received a response. The address [email protected] to which the complaint should be sent is unfortunately undeliverable. I then tried to send it to [email protected], but this email was also undeliverable and came back. Very unfortunate!!!
