The plate received is not identical to those in the St Germain basket. It was to replace a broken one: I am a bit disappointed....

Delivery was fast, but the products disappointed me in terms of color, colors were dull, and there was a difference in color between the different items.

Very nice product. But disappointed because of a very bad surprise when I gave it as a gift... a piece of wicker had pierced the insulated part, damaging the plastic!!!! My friends kept it as they found it too complicated to return. As for me, I was very upset to have given this defective basket. Best regards,

Very fast and beautiful

I already knew the Jardins de la Comtesse from a basket purchase in 2022. Already satisfied at the time with the quality of the product, I renewed a purchase to complete the stock of glasses for this same basket. There was an error in the choice of dimensions of the glasses, but the handling was excellent and very efficient. I therefore recommend for the customer service in addition to the products themselves.

I received broken plates on two occasions and I haven't even claimed.

I do not understand why I am asked for my opinion twice however, since I have not received a response to explain the origin of my remark, I reiterate

The shop is very easy to navigate, the pictures are accurate. The product convinces with its high quality. The delivery also took place within 3 working days, despite the transfer between France and Germany via Cronopost/dpd.

A bit disappointed not by the basket which is very beautiful but the plates are small (dessert) and the cutlery, salt shaker, pepper shaker, and corkscrew feel cheap. Just because it's a case for 2 doesn't mean it's for playing at the diner.

At first, I wasn't sure if my order was taken into account because even though I received a confirmation, I had very little information about the delivery, etc. In the end, everything was fine and I received the order quickly but I had a moment of doubt.

I find this tableware pretty but a bit expensive.

The items correspond perfectly to the images on the site, very easy navigation. The delivery was very fast.
