I am very satisfied with my order, it is really very beautiful items! One star less due to the long waiting time. I had to write an extra email to the company and ask when the delivery would come. Apparently, something was overlooked. But otherwise really very satisfied and I would gladly shop again in the future!!

The basket is of good quality. It is very beautiful with nice finishes. I hope it will last. In any case, it is what we wanted, we are delighted. Product explanations not very clear. On the site. After-sales service not very customer-oriented, not trying to understand the customer's disappointment and to make them happy to retain them. Too bad, I just wanted to buy a tray again without paying shipping costs since I had just bought one that I didn't like being hammered (didn't read well on the site before purchase) and that I intended to keep! Customer service is very poor. I have repeatedly complained about a plate with pictures via email, but unfortunately never received a response. The address [email protected] to which the complaint should be sent is unfortunately undeliverable. I then tried to send it to [email protected], but this email was also undeliverable and came back.
