The product is nice, beautiful,,,, but the delivery service by Mondial Relay is annoying, not professional and therefore it affects the product and the company that sells it. You should review your delivery services,,, give the option with the post office for example. Mondial is not a carrier,,,, so it's a missed opportunity
Navigating the site is not difficult. The large box in which the tray was located was open (tape detached) when I picked it up but fortunately the tray was very well packaged and it was not damaged.

Excellent after-sales service, very responsive following small delivery problems at the relay point.
The basket was delivered with a snag. The rest of the items were fine. However, the return is a bit annoying because we have to return it by post and not by Mondial Relay as at receipt. Which is more convenient for me. Customer Service is responsive. I will continue to order from them because I had already received a previous order as a gift and everything was perfect.
