Bought as a gift, I made a good impression due to the quality of the materials and finishes.
Good overview in the shop, the goods were excellently packaged. I would wish for more accessories for the dishes, e.g. mugs, espresso cups, egg cups, small bowls 10cm, etc.

Beautiful tray, the designs of the patterns are very successful, identical to the photos on the site. Bright colors, impeccable refreshing. Perfect shipping and packaging, the package was made with great care. Only small issue, one plate has gray stains in the white color of the center. I won't return it, too complicated for one plate. So I give it a 4.7.

The basket is magnificent, of very good quality. Nothing to say about the product and all the accessories. Simply, it would be better to be able to choose the relay point before payment, at the same time as the choice of shipping method. I chose Mondial Relay, I paid, then at the time of choosing I saw that there was no Mondial Relay available around me. If I had known, I would have chosen home delivery, but I couldn't change.

The product is nice, beautiful,,,, but the delivery service by Mondial Relay is annoying, not professional and therefore it affects the product and the company that sells it. You should review your delivery services,,, give the option with the post office for example. Mondial is not a carrier,,,, so it's a missed opportunity
Navigating the site is not difficult. The large box in which the tray was located was open (tape detached) when I picked it up but fortunately the tray was very well packaged and it was not damaged.
