It is when there is a problem with an order that one can judge the quality of the seller. In this case (product arrived broken), although Les Jardins de la Comtesse took a bit of time to handle my request (spam issue apparently), once acknowledged, they managed the situation perfectly, both in terms of the quality of the response provided and the time taken to do so.
