These trays are lovely. Small downside: they are very heavy.

It is when there is a problem with an order that one can judge the quality of the seller. In this case (product arrived broken), although Les Jardins de la Comtesse took a bit of time to handle my request (spam issue apparently), once acknowledged, they managed the situation perfectly, both in terms of the quality of the response provided and the time taken to do so. Honestly, it’s nice. I am not stingy with reviews that are often too negative, here it was perfect. Moreover, the product received was conforming and of a price quality that seems correct.

Products conforming and complicated delivery to a relay point on December 24th, the initial relay having refused the large package I had to go further to retrieve it before Christmas.

The site, the ordering method, the delivery, and the after-sales service are very good... Too bad I had to use customer service for a question about a poorly sized plate for the product (Fontainebleau basket): the original plates being too large, new plates were sent to me (too small but at least they fit in the straps)

Irreproachable product quality, but unfortunately I do not like the bamboo imitation borders that are not well visible in the photos. I searched for so long for melamine plates, very practical for everyday use. The family no longer wants to see them because they are too 'kitsch'. Very unfortunate, if a simpler collection were to come out I would be a buyer again. Best regards.

Hello, the cutlery hits the rivets of the basket, the quality of the cutting board is poor, a cheap pine board cut hastily, not even smoothed out, and the corkscrew knife of poor quality for the price of the most expensive basket in the range, it could have been a Victorinox, that would have been more serious, otherwise the rest is good, best regards.

Beautiful photo. Beautiful presentation. PVC imitation leather straps. For our suitcase, 4 cutlery. Impossible to attach all the cutlery. Only 2 plates and their cutlery can be attached.
