I paid 10 euros for 24-hour shipping and despite having placed the order on May 11th at 10:38 AM, the order did not arrive until Friday, May 13th. I should have paid for the normal shipping of 48 to 72 hours. Otherwise, everything else was very good.

The product was lost because the address was said to be incomplete. I had to go to the courier company. Their system had broken down and they couldn't find it. I had to go back and in the end it appeared. Although the box was damaged, the product inside was perfect.

I received the order today, December 15th. The five gourmet baskets included in the order are stained and have grease residues since some of the products, specifically a buffalo terrine and a small package of a type of chocolate cookies, were broken and spilled all over the packaging, causing a large part of the items to spoil. I think the original packaging could have been significantly improved, so I am disappointed.
