While the underside is synthetic, the appearance of the top really doesn't look like cotton and the print looks very cheap. The XL size of the tablecloth is very nice, but be careful, it is twice as long as it is wide. We ultimately do not offer it to my brother because it looks too cheap visually, but my mother wants to keep it for practical reasons.
