Very nice product. But disappointed because of a very bad surprise when I gave it as a gift... a piece of wicker had pierced the insulated part, damaging the plastic!!!! My friends kept it as they found it too complicated to return. As for me, I was very upset to have given this defective basket. Best regards,

I already knew the Jardins de la Comtesse from a basket purchase in 2022. Already satisfied at the time with the quality of the product, I renewed a purchase to complete the stock of glasses for this same basket. There was an error in the choice of dimensions of the glasses, but the handling was excellent and very efficient. I therefore recommend for the customer service in addition to the products themselves.
