A big downside, the yarns from the works published by Lidia are out of stock within 24 hours and most categories are, it's recurrent. The worst part is that it stays out of stock for a long time, from 3 to 6 months, it's really a shame because I will have to source elsewhere.

Hello, Your DPD delivery service is deplorable. I still haven't received my package. In my absence, a delivery notice was left allowing me to be delivered to Relay. I did that and since then nothing.... My order number is 595585. On your site, it is announced as completed. I still haven't received my delivery!!!!!

Several great orders. Beautiful wools. In the last two orders, the wool does not have the same color at all with the identical number to previous orders and there is a knot in the ball.. so disappointed this time. It would be good to ensure color tracking.

Good products but dissatisfied with the order as it was incomplete.

Too bad given the price! My brother-in-law wanted a burgundy hat, soft and warm. I opted for the pashmina. Upon reception, once I crocheted, the result was disappointing. The yarn is not soft, it catches on the crochet and leaves my hand rough as if there was a product on it. Probably the dye?! I cleaned the crochet just in case but it was still the same. The result is that there is a resistance on the crochet, it doesn't slide. I also found some small dust (like dry glue) stuck to the yarn but it comes off. Disappointed.

The order is compliant. But, my message to Lidia crochet for information went unanswered. Too bad

For now, I cannot evaluate my last order, as I have not received it yet ??

Hello, I am very disappointed with the product i cord! I would have liked to make the Selena bag, impossible. It is specified that the cord is thicker so the final result is bigger... I would even say enormous! The result is really not the same and with such thickness, forget the stockinette stitch and the pattern of the Selena bag! The cord is very difficult to work with. I am then testing a bag that I can adapt! Nothing to do, the holes are too big and the visual result is very disappointing! I received a wool that is impossible to work with as it clings to the needle or crochet. Wrist pain. It wraps around itself like a spiral and ends up making knots. Yet it's velvet, I thought it would be 'soft' and slide easily but no. I gave up.

Delivery with DPD carrier is a disaster... always issues with delivery when I order

Improve the way of delivering packages because they threw it over our gate (height 1.80m) that day it was raining and I was at home, they didn't even ring the doorbell accessible to the entrance door.
