Hello, I am very disappointed with the product i cord! I would have liked to make the Selena bag, impossible. It is specified that the cord is thicker so the final result is bigger... I would even say enormous! The result is really not the same and with such thickness, forget the stockinette stitch and the pattern of the Selena bag! The cord is very difficult to work with. I am then testing a bag that I can adapt! Nothing to do, the holes are too big and the visual result is very disappointing! The other yarns are still as pretty and pleasant to work with.... thank you

I received a wool that is impossible to work with as it clings to the needle or crochet. Wrist pain. It wraps around itself like a spiral and ends up making knots. Yet it's velvet, I thought it would be 'soft' and slide easily but no. I gave up.

Improve the way of delivering packages because they threw it over our gate (height 1.80m) that day it was raining and I was at home, they didn't even ring the doorbell accessible to the entrance door.

The colors of the balls are defined by numbers, it would be much better if the color was indicated. There should be a correspondence table between all the threads and it should indicate which crochet number to take. I find the site outdated while Lidia is a dynamic young woman, it's really a shame, it doesn't showcase her!
I am quite disappointed with my first order. The balls have duller colors than in the photos. Moreover, one I thought was in a gradient of blue but it has green, which is not visible in the photo. Not to mention that my package arrived after 7 working days and not 2 or 3 as announced on the site.
An order placed with an error on my part regarding a color. I requested cancellation or a color change. They canceled and refunded my account (everything is fine now) but the white Bb wool had been resold and was out of stock. I am disappointed with the Trapixl orange red product, indeed I received a really mediocre product that frays with a texture on one side of this thread, really not nice which makes it so we don't know what to do with it nicely especially do not order orange red 🙁 (To say something positive, the shipping is fast and well packaged.
