Top merchandise but the delivery was really not great! The delivery people don't bother to look for the address. They end up delivering 20km from my home. They don't send me the receipt code so I had to come back! (80km for me). However, Lidia crochet helped me a lot to finally recover my product. But it makes the ball of wool expensive.

Satisfied with the wool but I paid the home delivery rate. I was present on the scheduled day but the delivery was made to a relay point. I had to take my car and go to the neighboring village to pick up my package. It's not serious.

I just finished a scarf with angora wool... just unwearable... it keeps shedding 'hairs' continuously... no matter how much I tried to remove the excess fluff... there's always more... anyway... my scarf is beautiful for nothing! Time... a lot... money... for nothing... disappointed!!

I requested home delivery and the carrier directly dropped the package at a relay point.

Disappointed by the smell of the thread used, very bad smell already when opening the package and then the balls themselves. I had to wash them in the machine, the smell eventually went away. I will not take this thread again

Order received quickly as expected. However, big disappointment with the modal/silk thread. Very difficult to work with. Gives a very soft result, without hold. I made a triangular shawl.

Good quality wool for my project, only downside the reception took 3 weeks because your choice of UPS for delivery is really not great. This will hold me back for other orders Too bad!

In the order I received overall I am satisfied with the products except for two colors the beige and the royal blue where the width of the fabric was totally irregular in some places difficult to crochet, and the royal blue very unpleasant to crochet the material is not like the others which are soft this one is very rigid.

Bonjour, j'ai bien reçu mon colis et très satisfaite du contenu mais, la livraison ce n'est pas la même chose Je demande la livraison a domicile, je suis chez moi le jour J et là un message comme quoi mon colis est a retiré au relais colis a 5km de chez moi n'ayant pas de moyen de locomotion cela fut un peu compliqué je paie pour un service qui n'est pas respecté voilà je tenais a vous remonter l'info merci

La couleur de fil était beaucoup plus fade que celle du même fil acheté il y a 1 an 1/2. Je sais que les bains peuvent être différents mais à ce point? et la nouvelle couleur est très fade.
