An extremely unpleasant smell emanating from the balls.
One of my skeins arrived all tangled and therefore unusable. I had to cut it to make a semblance of a skein. Moreover, I find the shipping costs very expensive, over 7 euros for an order of 16 euros, that's way too much.
2nd order without issues, but the wool from the first order had quite a few defects (of course, I noticed this a few minutes before the end). Very thin wool, ultra stiff, very ugly... For a project that I have to give as a gift, it's not great... But I have no choice as I have to give it before Christmas and I don't have time to redo this part.
My package is still not available, it has only been in Bordeaux since yesterday, for me, the delay is too long for receiving the package. It's not specifically you but the delivery.
The wool is good but it has a strong smell like mothballs. I had to leave it on the balcony for at least 24 hours outside before using it.

The delivery in 48/72 hours is false, for example: I ordered on Wednesday 30/11, I was delivered on Monday 05/12, for me I should have been delivered on Saturday. 7.96 euros for delivery is expensive. However, I am very satisfied with my orders, the wool is superb. Lidia's tutorials are easy to follow, I made 6 different shawls without difficulty. Thank you.

Improve communication and be able to reach customer service easily without being bounced from one email address to another and ultimately getting no response. My issues with the brittle Maya that deforms are not resolved at all. I love the quality of the offered threads.

I am still waiting for a response to my question on the last video, not one that dates back 5 years, but the one from last week. To make purchases, you need to create desire. You need to be a bit more commercial - the range of wool is a bit limited in choice.
