No criticism on Lidia crochet knitting as I still haven't received anything despite delivery announcements on Friday first, then Saturday, each time a message; sorry your package cannot be delivered today please reschedule your delivery. This is impossible because after the procedure new message; we cannot intervene on your delivery package in transit. I contact them: response = your package will be delivered as soon as it is at our agency, please wait... where is it? With a delivery cost of over 7 euros for a ball of wool, I don't understand. In summary, good contact with the Lidia crochet site but please change your delivery service.

Good evening, I ordered several balls of Cupidon cotton and I had the unpleasant surprise of finding knots and cut threads. And this on several balls. I'm making a nice table runner and the knots are on a red ball and on the white one. This is not the first time, which is why I want to point it out to you. Good evening, As I already explained in an email, I chose delivery to MY home and paid 7.96 for this service (2 balls of yarn!!!). That was my choice. My package was delivered to my neighbor!!??... I don't find it normal to have to chase after my package for such a price!! When you pay for a service, you should get a result. I didn't get it! I paid 7.96 for nothing!.... Conclusion => I will not order anything from you again! Regards
I really like Lidia who is very professional. However, there is a lack of follow-up. I left several messages without a response. It should be in centimeters and not in stitches because we crochet more or less tightly and the result is not the same. I also received yarn with knots.
I like the tutorials in general very well explained, however I am currently making a jacket with the dolce vitæ yarn and the explanations are limited, I went to check the comments to find answers to my questions and I see that Lidia sometimes does not respond to important questions...too bad
