The wool is very beautiful. Nothing to say. Very fast delivery. However, I would have liked to have a response to a question asked by email before my order. Despite a follow-up, no response.

Good evening, I ordered several balls of Cupidon cotton and I had the unpleasant surprise of finding knots and cut threads. And this on several balls. I'm making a nice table runner and the knots are on a red ball and on the white one. This is not the first time, which is why I want to point it out to you. What a shame because I am subscribed to your explanations and videos of the pretty things you make.

Good evening, As I already explained in an email, I chose delivery to MY home and paid 7.96 for this service (2 balls of yarn!!!). That was my choice. My package was delivered to my neighbor!!??... I don't find it normal to have to chase after my package for such a price!! When you pay for a service, you should get a result. I didn't get it! I paid 7.96 for nothing!.... Conclusion => I will not order anything from you again! Regards

I really like Lidia who is very professional. However, there is a lack of follow-up. I left several messages without a response. It should be in centimeters and not in stitches because we crochet more or less tightly and the result is not the same. I also received yarn with knots.

I like the tutorials in general very well explained, however I am currently making a jacket with the dolce vitæ yarn and the explanations are limited, I went to check the comments to find answers to my questions and I see that Lidia sometimes does not respond to important questions...too bad

An extremely unpleasant smell emanating from the balls.

One of my skeins arrived all tangled and therefore unusable. I had to cut it to make a semblance of a skein. Moreover, I find the shipping costs very expensive, over 7 euros for an order of 16 euros, that's way too much.

2nd order without issues, but the wool from the first order had quite a few defects (of course, I noticed this a few minutes before the end). Very thin wool, ultra stiff, very ugly... For a project that I have to give as a gift, it's not great... But I have no choice as I have to give it before Christmas and I don't have time to redo this part.

My package is still not available, it has only been in Bordeaux since yesterday, for me, the delay is too long for receiving the package. It's not specifically you but the delivery.

The wool is good but it has a strong smell like mothballs. I had to leave it on the balcony for at least 24 hours outside before using it.

The delivery in 48/72 hours is false, for example: I ordered on Wednesday 30/11, I was delivered on Monday 05/12, for me I should have been delivered on Saturday. 7.96 euros for delivery is expensive. However, I am very satisfied with my orders, the wool is superb. Lidia's tutorials are easy to follow, I made 6 different shawls without difficulty. Thank you.

Improve communication and be able to reach customer service easily without being bounced from one email address to another and ultimately getting no response. My issues with the brittle Maya that deforms are not resolved at all. I love the quality of the offered threads.
