I have nothing to complain about the wool, however UPS, who was supposed to handle the delivery, didn't even bother to come to my home or call me. I hate that companies use UPS because this company never delivers to me and always finds excuses. On the day of the scheduled delivery, I didn't leave my home and the delivery person didn't contact me. I monitored the delivery person's route via their notification and surprise at one point noted impossible to deliver. The package was dropped off at a location where I couldn't even pick it up the same day because it was closed even though it was noted open until 6 PM. Given the delivery fees, I believe that delivering to me as planned would have been the least they could do.

My rating concerns the delivery with UPS. I have been waiting for my package for more than ten days and I have no news!!!!!!!! Way too long and not at all what was indicated on the site. The shipping costs are also quite high.... Not sure I will order again....

I knitted a 'gul' shawl with the angora wool that I gave to my sister, it is not wearable, impossible after several methods tried for the hair to stop spreading on the clothes. And the second thing is the delivery. I live in the southeast of France, it takes 10 days for delivery, I paid for home delivery, the delivery person decided otherwise and left it at a relay point. I just placed another order on 20/12, it will only arrive on 31/12... I wait to see, normally it is at home. I correct, UPS just sent me a message, it will be delivered on 28/12. So a little better... But it doesn't change the fact that I am not satisfied with the UPS delivery and the quality of this 'angora' wool
I have been ordering for several years and I don't know how to use all my gift points. I didn't understand how to use them. With each order, I am told that I have gift points, but with the next order, I am not told how many gift points I have in total and how to use them. There should be a gift points counter per customer and ask with the next order if we want to use them.

Already reported several times. The packages always arrive with holes, damaged by transport. And you who do not put protection on the light-colored balls (pink). I allow myself to get back to you, as I was disappointed with the after-sales service. I placed an order thinking I would receive a scratch card as expected. I sent an email to the relevant service, and they explained to me that there were no more scratch cards. So I could use a scratch card that I might have kept without having benefited from it. As I explained to them, when I have a scratch card and I have a discount code, I will definitely use it. So, I am very disappointed, because it was not specified that it was the first orders that would receive a card and the following orders, to put it simply, would get nothing more. I don't find that very commercial. Otherwise, regarding the shop, nothing to say. A lot of choice of yarn, fast delivery, and interesting prices. As for the after-sales service, I feel that they do not feel concerned. I received responses from them that were completely incomprehensible... this, as far as I am concerned, makes me less inclined to order even though I really appreciate this site. Questions about delivery delays and yarn restocking are not taken into account or receive very vague responses as if after selling your products you don't care what happens next.
Shipping costs too high for small orders.
More and more disappointed, not by the wools but by the services. No information given to customers about the discontinuation of certain ranges, and gift cards announced during my order and not given because already out of stock on 4/12.
The wool is quite decent and cheaper than on other sites. Lidi makes very good videos. But the complaints service is useless. I am claiming a refund for my shipping costs that I paid almost 19 euros for express delivery to receive my package in 1 day, I received it in 5 days. So, well, I am in a position to request a refund for my shipping costs but nothing. Finally, it tires me, so I think I will no longer order there because this is not the first time and also in my order there was a missing wool, the most expensive of course. But well, whatever... It's like talking to a wall.
I ordered 4 colors of Maya wool: 02, 04, 05, and 13. I notice that the thread of the black skeins is thicker than the other 3 colors ordered. I just made a sample to be sure and the stitches in black with the same hook are larger. I am disappointed. My work will be less regular

Delivery increasingly late
I was disappointed, when I ordered the items were in stock. On the scheduled delivery day, I received an email telling me that out of the 2 items ordered, 1 was no longer available. You wait until the delivery day to inform me. I thought the delivery person hadn't done their job. I am satisfied with the quality of the yarn.
