I sent you an email about this. I pay delivery fees of 5.90 euros to be delivered at home because I cannot move. However, my last three orders have ended up at a relay point by default. So I have to ask someone to go pick it up. I will end up not ordering anymore, which I would really regret. The delivery person is UPS, who are also unreachable. I am absolutely not satisfied with the delivery. After a week of delay (email explaining weather problems), I just received a message saying that the delivery could not be made, so the package is available for click and collect. I didn't pay for that, I need to find the click and collect. I appreciated the quick response to my email asking for explanations about the delivery delay. Hello, my rating is only 3 stars because until now I was very satisfied with this site but it has been 15 days since I reported a problem regarding a credit appearing and that I could not transfer to the orders. To this day I am still waiting for a response.
I would have appreciated having taken a next day delivery option at 18.50 € which was not possible for you on Friday but the following Monday to have a commercial gesture worth at least 10 euros and not 5 euros because 13.50 euros of delivery fees to be delivered in J+3 as your distributor UPS does not deliver on Saturdays

The wool is very good... The transport is very long.. The package is prepared but stays too long on site before being handed over to the carrier..
Delivery with UPS is really not great. It's expensive and doesn't meet deadlines. I'm still waiting for my order... regarding the products, nothing to say, they are great. For the site, if it could be more intuitive that would be good.

Because I haven't received my package that I paid for, my package is lost in nature, I am disappointed ??
Small remarks: it would be appreciated if the skeins were protected in a first packaging before being slipped directly into the shipping pouch/envelope. Also, lower shipping costs would be a plus and encourage more frequent orders.
The Caprice wool is very soft but it smells so much like vinegar that it's not pleasant at all.
Very often, yarn color is out of stock especially following the tutorial. It would be good to have customer reviews. Shipping costs are a bit too high.

A bit disappointed with the pom poms. Can they be washed, because the center of the pom poms is hard as if it were cardboard? (If the answer is no, a solution needs to be found to remove it when washing the hat, maybe put a button inside the hat, the tutorial I watched talked about attaching it with elastic, but there isn't any, they are strings). It doesn't give a nice touch like the one I was hoping for. It's a shame.
Sorry, I love Lidia crochet I do a lot of these tutorials but unfortunately the wool bought recently is not good quality at all. Impossible to tighten the magic circle because the wool sheds, only the thread remains and when we sew the pieces together with a needle the same thing happens. Thank you Lydia for giving me a credit for a ball but the gray balls I took also have the same defect. I will still continue to follow you
