Hello, Thank you for your order. We always respond very quickly regarding your orders (shop questions, etc.). Unfortunately, your review is not related to our shop but you are giving a review related to a request for crochet/knitting technical advice. Lidia does respond, but it should be noted that if half of her subscribers send a message per year (which is very few apparently), that makes 250,000 messages per year, so about 684 messages per day to respond to. Would you be able to respond to this quantity of messages?
