Always well served with Lidia!! Materials or Shipping?? The little remark I want to make is regarding the packaging when you close the wool bags (probably by heating) you sometimes get too close to the wool and it ends up being cut into several lengths!!?? So be careful with this detail!!?? See you soon Friendly Greetings

Good quality/price ratio of the wool. Step-by-step explanations are very precise. Lydia is very friendly and has a fair attitude. Less positive aspect at the moment: stock that is not being replenished (BB among others) without explanation (you remain stuck on a project and you wait, wait... As sure Anne, you see nothing coming)
