I love the order tracking, the personalized side in case of questions, and especially the kindness that shines through in the tutorials and encourages creation. Particularly a fan of the DIVA wool, Venus, and BB. As for the cotton, I am particularly a fan of Cupid.

I really like the tutorials. I would just like a bit more explanation on the beginning and end of the rows in crochet. The shop is very good. The products are very professional. I would like models for spring and Tunisian crochet because I bought the professional crochet set and I would like to make the most of it.
