For a first order... frankly not at all satisfied. Nothing works. I've ordered two pairs of sneakers since the 20/10 and I've only received one pair. No information on the second pair. Knowing that the delivery date was well indicated from 3 to 12 days.

Delivery takes too long, when you make a mistake you don't even have time to cancel the order.

Very late delivery times

Do not buy from this store! I ordered a pair of Jordan 4's. Once the tracking code said Ôdelivered' I went to the pick up point but they told me that the package was not there. I went to the pick up point 3 days straight! Everytime they told me that the package wasn't there. After that I contacted Limited Resell and they told me that it was delivered and I could pick it up but again it wasn't there. After that Limited resell told me that the tracking code states that I have refused the package which is not true! Either way if it was or wasn't true that would still mean that the package is on it's way back to Limited Resell if I so called Ôrefused the package'. I have sent countless e-mails after that but Limited Resell refuses to reply to my e-mail. Now I don't have my money or my shoes. They are not customer friendly, refuse to answer e-mails and are a complete SCAM! November 7th update: The website reached out to me and agreed to pay me back just for them to never respond to me again. I have sent them an e-mail to ask when they wkll refund and still no answer. Poor communication and a big scam. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS STORE!

The delivery man didn't do his job, the solution is for these types of individuals to be controlled by the government, and for them to be forced to work longer hours.

Order placed on 05/09/23 and received on 17/10/23 very long delivery! Despite reminders! Finally received shoes, very good quality, beautiful conform to the photo even better! So the wait was worth it 👍 but don't be in a hurry for an order!!!

The person I spoke to on the phone was unpleasant. And yet I don't know a complicated customer, I think he doesn't know his job very well, as she says things that she retracts later in the conversation.

My parcel was returned to the sender because the relay point was supposedly unavailable. And after 24 hours my parcel was gone! But when I went to the relay point, the latter informed me that it had not been closed. WHO'S LYING TO ME !!!!

2 months waiting time for a 300€ order !!!! This is pathetic!

Extremely long wait due to a delay, no compensation... the shoes are however very good and authentic,etc. But the waiting and lack of news is really a problem!

Order received after one month, inefficient customer service

I received my parcel after 2 weeks even though it was a gift 😤

The delivery time is really too long,

3 weeks for an order. Processed only after reminder. Product arrived one week after birthday. In short. Very disappointed. Other sellers are more efficient. Would not recommend.

I am delighted with my order but the delivery times were catastrophic.

The announced delivery time was 5 to 12 days. I received them after 1 month and 2 days... They were apparently blocked at customs but no information was given... I had to call to find out.

Hello, I ordered a pair on August 25th, and the delivery time was 3 to 9 working days. I received an e-mail on August 28 saying that my order was "being processed". I received another e-mail on August 30 saying that there was a delay, but it's already August 12 and nothing has changed. How much longer do I have to wait? I don't mind waiting, but there's a minimum. Thank you

Too slow, not a good overview in the shopping process. Wanted to cancel because of the ever so slow shipping time.

Delay too long

Order supposed to be delivered in less than 7 days Ordered on July 27, received on August 31, 4 days after my daughter's birthday.

I can understand that there is a little delay in finding certain models. But according to their website, delivery for the pair I selected was expected between 3-9 working days, ok. I received an email on August 26 (I ordered on the 19th) to let me know that my order would be delayed but that it would be paid for as a priority. It's now September 1 and I still haven't received any information e-mail. In short, I hate to put rotten notices in my mailbox, but here they are.

Shoes are good, delivery time the worst I ever experienced.

Very slow, took over 2 months to arrive. If you’re in no hurry then no problem.

I was not warned that the delivery time could be so long.

I bought a pair of sneakers on 08 July which should be delivered between 5 and 12 working days. We are (at the time and date I write this message) we are July 30 and I am only at the stage "En route to our premises". I've sent reminders by e-mail but no response. I hope I'll get a commercial gesture, otherwise I won't buy from them again...--'

Very nice sneakers, nothing to complain about - but delivery took almost a month instead of the estimated 10 days.

Delivery time too long. I returned a pair of sneakers on 02-06-2023 (delivered directly to the site as I live 5 km from their offices) because the size was too small. In the meantime, I ordered the same pair one size larger with an extra 40Û (for a size !!!!). I received a reply 18 days later saying that my order would be delivered this week, I'm waiting to see but I don't really believe it. This site is very difficult to reach by phone. Really disappointed with this site.
