Quality product but the delay was very long: 1 month of waiting. I had to call again to get news or to make sure that the process was moving forward in terms of preparation.

I was not satisfied with my order which was placed on 9/12 and received on 10/01, although it was guaranteed before the holiday! Unreachable service by phone to know the progress of the order, yet they answer the emails just to say they are sorry that the order is late and that they will offer you a gift to compensate you for the delay in delivery: indeed a pair of socks in 35 while you order 44 in sneakers, thank you Limited resell 🤦🏽♀️

Delays much longer, on the site delays of 5 days order placed on 16/12 and received on 5/01. Otherwise beautiful shoes with certificate of conformity and very interesting prices!

Serious site, order tracking ok, however lack of communication between the carrier (mondial relai) and the site because my relay point was unavailable the carrier chose another site which they informed me dice delivery but Limited Ressell continued to send me messages of confirmation of delivery on the bridge unavailable relay. This can be confusing .... I decided to trust the carrier and I did well. Otherwise nothing to say about the seriousness and availability. I had quickly an interlocutor, it is rare qd one orders on Internet! I recommend this site, go there with your eyes closed

If I could have put no stars I would have done it. First order placed 1 month before Christmas, no news from them for days, do not answer the phone and finally answer my 3rd email to tell me without further explanation that my order would not arrive for Christmas (while the maximum time indicated on the site is 15 days). To finally cancel my order on December 21 for a product received with a defect.... Deplorable communication, they spoiled my Christmas. Added to that, the refund of my order took 2 weeks (320€ anyway). Run away from this site, there are others much more serious.

Order not received before Christmas. Received only yesterday, I asked for a refund (I had previously asked not to deliver to avoid this return at my expense, but this is not the procedure ...). So I asked for a return, no answer to my email since yesterday and nobody picks up the phone

Very bad management of the orders delays supposedly between 3 and 12 days for the delivery and me almost 1 month so very disappointed

Order placed on December 07 with an announcement delivered before Christmas ... Delivery times on the site between 3 and 9 days. I received my sneakers on January 03, impossible to contact by phone the site, response by mail after 3 days and with a ready-made answer. Nice for a Christmas gift ... nothing to say about the sneakers on the other hand. Misleading advertising on the site about the delays.

The product is top and conforms to what I wanted so nothing to complain about. On the other hand, customer service is very limited, reaching someone is an absolute pain. Maybe I'm a special case but I'm very disappointed with the way the information requests are managed. Also very long delay for my parcel which arrived 21 days after my order so it's a shame for a Christmas gift to arrive on the 27th.

So how can I express my dissatisfaction with my order! First of all I would like to say that the expected delivery time on your site is completely false, I waited 19 days to receive the sneakers, order that should be expected before Christmas, gift for daughter! Alas, I had to tell her that she should wait because I had no news of her order! No communication about your order, by mail or phone! No one denied to answer my five sent messages! I do not even speak to you about the telephone server which assures however that the messages are treated under 48 h. Very dissatisfied, I received a message on December 26 to warn me that the size of my sneakers was not the right size, the one ordered because the supplier was mistaken! The after sales service apologized by email for their silence, claiming a large number of messages sent during this period ... I find this extremely distressing and regrettable given the higher than average price of sneakers in general! The least correction is to be able to communicate with its customers and warn of the expected delay! It's a pity ... After I still want to specify that the sneakers received were nickel. I would not recommend the site, following all these inconveniences! Sincerely
