Order conformed and received more or less on time (14 working days for 5 to 12 days as advertised). 2nd order placed on this site, with no surprises and very fortunately because I'm still waiting for an answer to my e-mail questioning them about a significant difference in the sale price compared to my purchase, for more than 8 days now. I hope that everything goes well, because the experience must be less pleasant if there's no one to answer you in case of a problem.

Delivery time too long. I returned a pair of sneakers on 02-06-2023 (delivered directly to the site as I live 5 km from their offices) because the size was too small. In the meantime, I ordered the same pair one size larger with an extra 40Û (for a size !!!!). I received a reply 18 days later saying that my order would be delivered this week, I'm waiting to see but I don't really believe it. This site is very difficult to reach by phone. Really disappointed with this site.
Professional site but the delivery times are not respected instead of 9 days I received my pair after one month and no commercial gestureÉ

It's been 13 days since I ordered on the site and still no news of the order. They were to be offered for my husband's birthday on May 29. Unfortunately I don't think he'll get his present in time. A bit disappointed.

I have huge doubts about the certification of the pair of sneakers I have a huge doubt if they are not counterfeit given how the sneaker points and given how its finishes I do not recommend this site

The product is not comfortable and very narrow at the foot level. I would like to return it! 250€ for a sneaker, it stings and it's very disappointing. The insole is not detachable, the tongue of the foot is 2mm thick. Nike a shame, it's not the Jordan of 1980!

The product is top and conforms to what I wanted so nothing to complain about. On the other hand, customer service is very limited, reaching someone is an absolute pain. Maybe I'm a special case but I'm very disappointed with the way the information requests are managed. Also very long delay for my parcel which arrived 21 days after my order so it's a shame for a Christmas gift to arrive on the 27th.
So how can I express my dissatisfaction with my order! First of all I would like to say that the expected delivery time on your site is completely false, I waited 19 days to receive the sneakers, order that should be expected before Christmas, gift for daughter! Alas, I had to tell her that she should wait because I had no news of her order! No communication about your order, by mail or phone! No one denied to answer my five sent messages! I do not even speak to you about the telephone server which assures however that the messages are treated under 48 h. Very dissatisfied, I received a message on December 26 to warn me that the size of my sneakers was not the right size, the one ordered because the supplier was mistaken! The after sales service apologized by email for their silence, claiming a large number of messages sent during this period ... I find this extremely distressing and regrettable given the higher than average price of sneakers in general! The least correction is to be able to communicate with its customers and warn of the expected delay! It's a pity ... After I still want to specify that the sneakers received were nickel. I would not recommend the site, following all these inconveniences! Sincerely
