The key ring took a week to arrive, the box was too big to fit in a letter box and had to be signed for (not specified when ordering) and when I opened the parcel, surprise, the key ring was damaged! Several little hitches... In short, 1st and last order on this site.

I had a very good first impression, as the parcel was neatly packed to protect it during transport. However it is indicated in your description "Materials: Glass cube and brushed steel frame" you will therefore understand my surprise when I opened the parcel and discovered a white plastic cube with plastic windows!!!!! it was for a gift, I'm terribly disappointed because it's not going to fit the person and I don't have the time to buy another one! if I'd known it was going to be white I'd simply have bought it elsewhere! after a promising first impression I finally feel ripped off!!!
