Fast delivery but I received the toothbrush glass broken inside although the package was intact.... packaging needs to be reviewed....

I had a very good first impression, as the parcel was neatly packed to protect it during transport. However it is indicated in your description "Materials: Glass cube and brushed steel frame" you will therefore understand my surprise when I opened the parcel and discovered a white plastic cube with plastic windows!!!!! it was for a gift, I'm terribly disappointed because it's not going to fit the person and I don't have the time to buy another one! if I'd known it was going to be white I'd simply have bought it elsewhere! after a promising first impression I finally feel ripped off!!!

Complicated site for a limited liability company

A product ordered in early February and received mid-April.....

more than a month waiting to receive the order!

Prices for Sompex candles rose sharply on January 1st on the Loftattitude site, while prices for the same items on the Sompex direct site in Germany remained unchanged. Loftattitude cleverly disguised the affair with a temporary discount, but it really does feel like a rip-off. Not good at all.

The description of the suspension on the site is not clear. the lamp is not what we expected. we have already put a review on the site that does not appear, strange... Could it be that the reviews are sorted?

The items I bought are of "average" quality. Shipping costs are high.

I've ordered a candy dispenser and I find it hard to believe that it's delivered empty. It was probably noted and I didn't see it, but this obliges me to order some with additional delivery charges (which I'm therefore going to pay twice), which I find borderline.

Extremely long lead times compared to what was advertised on e-bay. But order tracking was precise and pleasant.

Delivery times are unacceptable (3 months) and not respected. The lack of communication in this area is non-existent. It's a shame.

it would be necessary to be more precise on the products and to indicate possible nuisances relating to noise etc. because once received the product is very noisy and unusable to be in a room of student and to contain drugs.
