It would be great if delivery were up to scratch. When I order a chest of drawers, I expect a chest of drawers packed and delivered to the foot of my building, but not strapped to a pallet! Schenker doesn't seem to me to be suitable for deliveries to private customers.

Our products are secured to the pallet with stretch film to ensure that they arrive in perfect condition. This film can be easily removed with a chisel or knife. We are obliged to deliver on pallets due to the weight and dimensions of certain products, which means they are better protected during transport and avoid damage.
Although this method represents an additional cost for us, it ensures that the product arrives undamaged, which is our priority. We chose Schenker for its reliable delivery services and its ability to handle heavy and bulky consignments, even for deliveries to private customers.

4 stars with nuance: A delivery time that was too long due to the fact that the product arrived with defects (tabletop with white stains) and I had to wait for a second product to arrive with the same defect, which was more pronounced (!). Loft Attitude therefore delivered the 1st product after tinting the table to reduce the stains, and apologized for the inconvenience with an appreciable commercial gesture. I ordered other products on the site thanks to this credit, but I'm waiting for their delivery, which is a bit slow (announced 48/72h after ordering) but not received after 6 days.
