Product complies with my requirements. Delivery time too short and delivery method not taken into account. As a result, I had to collect the (somewhat heavy) parcel from the Post Office, even though I had requested delivery by courier. Material very well packaged.

Dear Customer, Thank you for your rating, the delivery time was a little slow because the product you ordered was reported out of stock when you placed your order, so we had to wait for our supplier to restock before delivering.
Regarding the debit before delivery, unfortunately our bank does not allow us to wait more than 7 days to collect payments by credit card, beyond this time they are definitely lost, however we keep the hands to refund partially or fully each customer within 48/72h. Dear Customer, We have taken your comments into account, but you should be aware that postage costs for Switzerland are higher than for France. For your information, we paid 17.07€ for your 2kg Colissimo delivery against signature and we charged you 12.90€ for postage, so we covered the difference of 4.90€. We understand your dissatisfaction, but unfortunately we are dependent on the postage costs imposed by the Post Office.
