I was very disappointed by the jewelry holder, it doesn't conform to the description, it's made of plastic, I called LOFT ATTITUDE to ask for a refund for the return of the item, I was told that they don't cover the cost of the return, between the cost of delivery of the item (6.90€) and the cost of the return, the item is very expensive, it's better to buy in a store and not buy online on this site, you'll save money.

I am not at all satisfied with my purchase. The giraffe lamp was received without breakage but the bust of the lamp is completely damaged. Gold paint missing in several places. No credit note or coupon.

The mechanism is not sturdy enough: it tilts downwards and the suspension does not hold in a horizontal position, even though it is very light.

Only 1/3 of the order has been delivered, i.e. 2 chairs out of 6, and nobody can tell me when the 4 missing chairs will arrive!
There seems to be some confusion: the chairs were not ordered on our website, loftattitude.com. The customer review we are requesting relates specifically to the AXEL LOLAHOME oval marble bistro table, 120x60 cm.

I haven’t received may package not even today, after 2 weeks and the tracking number hasn’t been updated since March 7

I'm disappointed. When I unpacked the jewelry box I had ordered, I noticed a crack in the box. The corners of the drawer are poorly finished and partly protrude. The box is not level, which makes it unstable.
We have taken good note of your photos and have noticed the crack, probably due to transport. We would like to point out that during packing, no anomaly was detected, and to date, in view of our previous customer reviews, we have never encountered a similar problem with this jewelry box.

Delivery time longer than advertised on the site, no reply to my emails, no tracking information and paypal at over 8€ ( which I chose anyway as a precaution.....). I was about to cancel my order when I finally received my parcel (which fortunately suits me!) after waiting 2o days. So no, I'm not satisfied and I won't be recommending them again.
We would like to sincerely apologize for the delay in delivery of your order. Although the originally announced delivery time was 15 days, various logistical problems at our supplier Kare Design in Germany resulted in a 20-day delivery.

Very disappointed damaged element on receipt of parcel
Item ordered as a gift and was not opened immediately. Upon opening the article is broken and the seller accuses us of having broken it ourselves because we did not make a claim within 24 h. Indeed the anniversary was 4 days after receipt so opened 4 days later!!! The seller refused to refund us. I don't recommend this seller, who should blame the post office.
Disappointed the table is not in conformity and moreover it moves I returned my article I await my refund too bad

Not consistent with photos and video. Enormous amount of poorly done finishing that corresponds to the work of amateur beginners. 400€ for a panther... mind-boggling, the casting doesn't exceed 50€. For connoisseurs, the problem is that on the site the object is in perfect condition, but you can't see anything up close, and the invisible base hides a lot of surprises. See you soon.
The design is really nice, but the photo is misleading. On the website it says ......Material: black lacquered wood, black velvet fabric. In fact, the structure is not at all wood, the bench is ultra light and probably all plastic. Under the seat, the fabric is not sewn but ... poorly stapled, so we have the lining floating on both sides. Disappointing! The price is not at all in line with the quality of the product ... flashy Too bad
The fabric under the seat is always stapled to the wood, as it is difficult to sew on wood. We checked your bench before dispatch and found no defects.
Please note that you have 14 days to return any product that does not give you complete satisfaction, but since 2015 this is the 14th bench that we have sold and we have never had any negative remark on this product. Our customer service will nevertheless pass on your remarks to our supplier KARE DESIGN.

Material received on time. Defective part, however. A broken glass support. I had to make a mechanical repair by screwing the bracket back in place and drilling a 2 mm hole in the jamb to accommodate the screw. I can provide photos as proof.
The item I received was damaged and broken. I contacted the site by email, no response. Then I contacted them by phone, I got a vague answer and no concrete solutions. 3 weeks later still no answer, no solution and no refund... No after-sales service, only your legal insurance can help!

Very bad, an unpleasant experience. I do not recommend! The product delivered does not conform to the product presented (an extra drawer which is "very ugly" which is not shown on the photos as if by chance. And the quality of the product is very poor. Go the other way.

The service is generally correct (order, delivery) but the quality of the product leaves something to be desired (scratches). Following a complaint to customer service, I was told that the supplier was being questioned about this, whereas each item is supposed to be checked before being sent. Since then, no news...
I was very disappointed when I received the purchased product, which in no way matched the photos. After consulting the after-sales service (who no longer replied), I should have read article 3/26, which states that photos are not necessarily revealing. As a result, I ended up with a completely different product than advertised in the photos, and one that didn't meet my expectations at all... Shame!

Difficult to return equipment. Going through the Post Office (when it works) with the uncertainty of being reimbursed. Prefer platforms like Amazon, where return conditions are much more flexible.
If you had ordered the same product on Amazon, you would have paid 20% more (Amazon's commission on our products) with strictly identical return conditions. Not true to life.
Ordered December 13, received January 11, for glasses in stock, delivery in 48 hours, normally and not even a word of apology in the box (it was a gift for Christmas) If I had had them in 48 hours I would have put 5 stars, for packaging and speed but here, only 1.
