I understand the issue of having technical difficulties but how you treat your customers is not okay. No communication, no apology via email, no update info regarding the status of your order, no replies from customer service. I also want to clarify that I was not a returning customer and never ordered from your website in the past. All in all very disappointing experience-I will not order again.
