We would like to resolve it for you immediately. _________________________________________________________________________________________________ Additionally, we would like to clarify that we have discussed this internally with our warehouse employee who packed your order. He indicated that he may have mixed up Hartwall Original and Hartwall Orange and accidentally packed the wrong variant. He promised to work extra carefully in the future and not to pack in haste anymore. We are glad that we have found a suitable solution together to compensate for this mistake.

Ordered a week ago and heard nothing back. Now the website is down and emails bounce back. I will take legal action and hope to get my money back! Update 22.10.2025 My order has finally arrived. I understand the issue of having technical difficulties but how you treat your customers is not okay. No communication, no apology via email, no update info regarding the status of your order, no replies from customer service. I also want to clarify that I was not a returning customer and never ordered from your website in the past. All in all very disappointing experience-I will not order again.
