The package was supposed to arrive for Friday our inauguration, but we finally got it on Wednesday
We always ship all orders no later than the next day, but unfortunately, carriers sometimes encounter delivery delays. I checked your order: you placed it on May 18 and the package was delivered after 7 business days by Colis Privé, which is still within the usual timeframes.
When it comes to an important event, we always recommend ordering a little earlier to avoid any risk of delays beyond our control.
Ordered a few times, good service experienced so far. Now wrong order delivered, unfortunate. Next time better! Well resolved in the meantime, thanks!
Ordered a week ago and heard nothing back. Now the website is down and emails bounce back. I will take legal action and hope to get my money back! Update 22.10.2025 My order has finally arrived. I understand the issue of having technical difficulties but how you treat your customers is not okay. No communication, no apology via email, no update info regarding the status of your order, no replies from customer service. I also want to clarify that I was not a returning customer and never ordered from your website in the past. All in all very disappointing experience-I will not order again.
