The products are great, too bad there was a problem with my order that forced me to go to the parcel relay several times and a delayed delivery.

Quality of products, results, delivery and customer service are on point. One of the products was missing from my order, but a commercial gesture was made without me asking and the product should be delivered shortly.

When placing the order, I requested that the items (fragile) be well protected in the packaging box. My request was respected, which is appreciated. The size of the box was adjusted to the content, just perfect! Good order tracking. The pump bottle system for dietary supplements should be reviewed, to give them directly into the cat's mouth. The palatability does not seem to be there. To see in the long term to evaluate the effects on a sick cat.

Very fast shipping. My cat has chronic coryza. I ordered cat immum and corycat. In a week, the effects were felt. My cat can breathe without wheezing, he no longer sneezes and we can see that he feels better. It had been months that I was struggling. I am delighted and so relieved.

The treatment against piro. Needs improvement, the search engine on the site. It's complicated to find a product.

I am delighted with Lore and Science products. I have particularly been using VERLESS and the Health Maintenance and Detox Pack for my old 36-year-old horse for 2 years. He has regained a second youth ;-)
