I am very satisfied with the excellent quality of the products but I am very disappointed with the lack of transparency of the company. I received a product with a sewn-in size L label and a different cardboard label for XL. I had ordered XL. I was told after investigation that due to a lack of XL label, the manufacture was sewing L labels but that the product I received was indeed XL. If I sent the product back, they would correct it by adding an X to the pen. All this led me to have a doubt about the real size of the product. Given the price of the products, I would have appreciated a little more transparency and receiving a product without any sewn on labels and possibly an apology note.

It is true that due to a large influx of orders, we are out of labels in size XL.

We still decided to honour your order so that you could get it before Christmas, despite the lack of labelling.
However, I grant you that a message of explanation would have been preferable to you.

Upon receipt of our XL labels, I can offer you an exchange at our expense.

Delivery in 7 days and not 48 hours as indicated on the site.

I am sorry to hear that our preparation and delivery times did not meet your expectations.
However, the preparation time of orders is different from the delivery time.
Indeed, as you can see in our page dedicated to deliveries (https://www.luxxa-boutique.fr/fr/content/1-livraison), the preparation or even the manufacturing of each order requires a delay of 24 to 72 hours depending on the number of items and the complexity of the models included in the order. In addition to this time frame, shipping is unfortunately not our responsibility. This is why the times indicated are an estimate.
If we take a closer look at your order processing history, our commitments have been met.
Please note that delivery times (preparation or delivery) are in working days. But a weekend was included in your shipping time.
Of course if an order is urgent and has a deadline for receipt we will do our best to satisfy you. For this it is important to let us know.

Very good products Lacks a little color

It is true that in our permanent collections we have a dominance of dark colors. However, "Les Éphémères" by Luxxa will be limited edition collections in which you will be able to find more colourful lingerie. These collections are currently being designed.
