However, we feel it is important to clarify that this situation is neither due to a shortcoming of our customer service nor to the quality of our products or our online store. The exceptional delay of 15 days is solely due to malfunctions of the carrier, with two consecutive cancellations related to the closure of the delivery point (hours incompatible with those of the delivery person), elements completely independent of our will.
As you have indicated, this was not your first order with us and your previous experiences had always gone smoothly. That is why we regret that this rating reflects an external delivery issue, despite our responsiveness and constant involvement in following up on your order.
