The product is of good quality, it is easy to use. BUT You announce up to 3 hours of sleep per night, which we did not feel at all. We tried several nights with it and several nights without it, with nothing changing. To know that we speak from experience because we have 5 children. If you had only sold the quality of your product, I would have still bought it but I would not have been disappointed because the promise would have been kept, I prefer to be told the truth. I gave 2 stars because the product is of good quality, otherwise I would have given one star.

I find that the explanatory sheets are too confusing. The information is scattered, which requires looking in all the blocks to find them. I saw the documents for the newborn size, which was ordered by a friend and for my model which is a bit clearer but can still be improved. Otherwise, the wool is perfect as well as the model.
