Very good products. Being used to knitting fine wool, I had a hard time with the big needles, but I got used to them. The cocoon and bonnet are quick to knit, even if the explanations aren't very clear. Why not use French abbreviations rather than translated English ones???. No worries, I'll recommend it anyway.

Explanations should be clearer

Very pleasant wool to knit...the cocoon and bonnet kit will be offered to a friend's daughter who is resting following a pocket fissure at 24 weeks...only small downside: the explanations don't always correspond to the video. As a neonatal nurse at st luc in Brussels, I would have liked to knit a "test" cocoon for our little patients...

Well-packed but not over-packed, good quantity of wool, clear pattern explanations, tutorial video helps with almost all the steps (not the increases at the bottom).

I have placed 3 orders with ma petite laine for birth kits and merino clothing. The products are great. The reason I only put 2 stars is due to the mistakes made during deliveries and the after-sales service which is simply not up to scratch. One of my orders was blocked at customs (I live in Switzerland). I had to contact the delivery company directly to find out about my parcel, and give them the information about my order that should have been sent beforehand. This order contained an error: a cocoon ordered in size 2 was delivered in size 1. The indication of this size on the label is practically illegible and I realized the error late. After pointing it out, ma petite laine didn't take any responsibility for this obvious error and offered me a 15-euro credit on my next order as compensation (for a 100-euro cocoon that I can no longer use for my baby)... I'm very disappointed!

Carefully prepared parcel and quick delivery time. pleasant and easy to knit with the detailed explanations. However, I did notice a mistake in the explanations for the twisting part: in row 1, in the section to be repeated, you should not make 7 purl stitches but 6, and consequently in row 2, 6 stitches on the right and not purl. The final result is very pretty, and I had enough wool to make the booties.

Hello Too bad you can't put 0 stars. Lousy sales service. I had lost the cocoon pattern. Despite my purchases of "around" 300€ from your company, I was told that to get a new copy I had to send a stamped envelope. The height of pettiness, when everything else is very expensive with you. You're really taking advantage of the fact that when it comes to babies, people are prepared to spend anything.

Order received very quickly. I appreciate not having to wash the cocoon before use. The baby isn't born yet, so no feedback yet!
