Great product
It is outrageous that only 6 balls of wool were delivered without any description. This is pure rip-off!
Beautiful quality of thread, however the explanatory notice does not always correspond to the instructions of the tutorial, it's a shame and disappointing given the cost of the product

I started knitting, the braids are unbalanced on the knitting, I end up with a braid of 2 stitches on each edge. When I sew, they will touch and it will look ugly. I start over and make the increases at 86 stitches before the twists and not after as indicated in the instructions.

Hello Too bad you can't put 0 stars. Lousy sales service. I had lost the cocoon pattern. Despite my purchases of "around" 300€ from your company, I was told that to get a new copy I had to send a stamped envelope. The height of pettiness, when everything else is very expensive with you. You're really taking advantage of the fact that when it comes to babies, people are prepared to spend anything.
When you lose a phildar or other catalog, I doubt it will be sent back to you free of charge...sorry for your disappointment, but please know that we do our utmost to ensure our customers' satisfaction....
My little boy didn't like it at all ... too bad it's a good concept but a bit expensive.
