Everything is great in terms of delivery times and product quality. The only downside for which I am not satisfied is the explanations, both for the cocoon and the slippers and the hat, they skip or take for granted some fundamental steps. Even though I am capable of knitting, I found it difficult.

I bought a complete kit to knit the cocoon as well as the hat and booties. The wool is of good quality, however the instructions are not up to the expected level, neither on paper (where sometimes information is missing, the number of stitches does not match between the increases and decreases made...), nor in the videos (missing steps in the hat, the creator has been aware for a long time but no online correction...). I find this disappointing given the price. I bought the kit solely to have the instructions and to be sure to have a cocoon that meets safety standards.

Hello, even though my cocoon is finished, I am not completely satisfied, I contacted you twice and received responses. Nevertheless, I have been knitting for at least 35 years and I am used to patterns, I was disconcerted by your very complicated explanations and a complex vocabulary of abbreviations, in addition to the errors..... I find it unfortunate to be forced to buy the kit to get the pattern for the cocoon and the price difference between 6 balls of yarn and the complete kit is quite exaggerated. I have placed 3 orders with ma petite laine for birth kits and merino clothing. The products are great. The reason I only put 2 stars is due to the mistakes made during deliveries and the after-sales service which is simply not up to scratch. One of my orders was blocked at customs (I live in Switzerland). I had to contact the delivery company directly to find out about my parcel, and give them the information about my order that should have been sent beforehand. This order contained an error: a cocoon ordered in size 2 was delivered in size 1. The indication of this size on the label is practically illegible and I realized the error late. After pointing it out, ma petite laine didn't take any responsibility for this obvious error and offered me a 15-euro credit on my next order as compensation (for a 100-euro cocoon that I can no longer use for my baby)... I'm very disappointed!
