I am delighted with my order, but above all, the parents are too! A small downside, the chosen pickup point (just next to my house) was closed. The delivery person therefore dropped off my package 7 or 8 km from my home, in a town where I never set foot. I know that you can't do anything about it, but I preferred to inform you. I wish you that the beautiful story of My Little Wool continues as best as possible for you.

Good product, bad experience with customs and postal fees, in the end very expensive since the shipping costs were 20 euros I thought it included customs fees but no, so for a product costing 100 euros in total I ended up spending almost 200 euros. Lesson learned if you are in Switzerland order to a relay point in France and order the DIY kit, I was disappointed with the result of the already made cocoon...
The package completely meets my expectations. I was just a bit surprised that the balls of wool were not better protected. The package arrived in good condition, so no worries, but if it had been damaged, I fear the balls might have been too.
So practical, the second one we buy (size change, baby grows)
Quality wool and accessories. Too bad you didn't specify exactly the number and the cable of the knitting needles, I had to buy them 3 times!!! 30€ more as a result!
