After having ordered and PAID for a complete screen for a p 2019 received after 3 weeks Without even warning the customer that it was not available and moreover with a battery of 2018 👎and the nap stuck under the battery does not match in front 👎in conclusion I did not mount and reshipped in its original packaging with tracking number and return number and pay 7€ shipping and to date tjs not been refunded 👎

Good quality battery already purchased for another iPhone 6 almost 2 years ago and still works well, but a little downside for the removal on their depot with the old address indicated in the mail send. But after a good hour of research I found a new address and the kindness of the staff to make up for my disappointment.

The reception of the package was VERY long, without having any information on the approximate date of arrival. I now want to return the item, and here, everything is complicated, I have to send mail and photos, then wait for an email from them before returning it ... after several emails from me, nobody answered me, no phone number to reach them, so no possibility of return !!!!! I will avoid recommending this site, too bad!

I'm disappointed, I ordered a speaker for iPhone 7 Plus, I thought the cable was soldered on. Well no, it's not even delivered with it. Now I'll have to unsolder my old cable, and re-solder it on. Very inconvenient. This is the first and last time I order from this site.

Order validated and paid but not shipped and that without message. I had to send more than 10 messages before I got any answers. Despite the validation everything was not in stock so 1st refund then 2nd refund and finally reception of the rest. No possibility to reach the customer service I had to send emails then on Messenger to get answers
