Perfect, as usual
The cheese has a less pronounced sheep taste than I thought (although it is very good). I must say I am left wanting more, as I love cheeses like Beaufort d'alpage and Etivaz which is only from alpine pastures where the flora in its milk is more perceptible.

I was very skeptical when buying this Iraty Ossau old guard cheese because I am used to finding gems of this cheese in the Ossau valley in artisanal cheese shops. What a surprise it was to discover the extraordinary flavors of this cheese. Strong in taste as I like it and yet tender and not dry. A very balanced salting. BRAVO to the whole team for this success. Plus, a very pleasant customer service following a delivery problem that was resolved immediately, not to mention the kindness and simplicity of the person I spoke to online. In summary, 1 without fault.

Giving my opinion is good, but by "yes" or "no", it's difficult! So, I add that: I wanted to buy both chorizos, but your software tells me that it's not possible. In despair, I send my order, and I continue to check my emails, in which you offer me to buy chorizo! except that there, I lose the free shipping. Too bad, plus I won't have my favorite product! Otherwise, everything is fine, including the carriers.
