I ordered 500g of medium-aged cheese. I received a piece of cheese, not aged, but beyond the consumption limit! Way too salty, with a thick rind, whose black color penetrated the cheese by almost a centimeter, with a nauseating smell that communicated to half of the cheese. After removing what was UNEDIBLE! I was left with about 250g that I could use as grated cheese to salt the pasta!!! This is disgraceful and contemptuous for the clientele. And very dishonest. Offloading unsellable goods in the store is simply theft! Here is my opinion

For online sales, we prioritize a rigorous selection of cheeses whose quality and condition are suitable for transport. Cheese being a living material, its evolution can vary, and in-store, it is indeed easier to explain its characteristics and aging to the customer.
