The store consistently delivers cheese and related products that customers describe as delicious and repeatedly praised for taste and quality, with many noting a real enjoyment of variety such as cow cheese with summer truffle and Basque cakes. Delivery is frequently highlighted as fast and well wrapped, with multiple mentions of maintaining cold chain and secure packaging, and customers appreciate efficient service and careful handling. Customer service and reliability are reflected in positive remarks about responsiveness, professional handling, and dependable product quality, with customers returning for future orders and recommending the store to others.
The cheeses and charcuterie are really excellent. I recommend these products without any reservation! The only downside is that the cold chain, which is touted on the site, is not respected by the delivery person.

The chat works very well before placing an order (I asked for confirmation for a delivery before 31/12 if I ordered on 26/12, which was confirmed to me) but when we want to ask why our order is not delivered, if the product will still be good to eat when it is finally delivered (it was supposed to be delivered on 30/12 and I received it on 03/01), no one answers the chat even though these people are apparently online. I sent a message three times asking for explanations or at least a confirmation that the cake will still be edible but no response!!! UNACCEPTABLE, I do not recommend this merchant.

We did not taste the products intended for Christmas meals, just to mention that the jar of black cherry jam had leaked, the lid was damaged, I cannot attach the photo here, however thank you for receiving the package on the requested date. Best regards, M. Le Douarec.

The expiration dates are too close. The whisky box only has the name, it is not a box and therefore not giftable: vacuum-sealed plastic bag!

Order received quickly and well packaged and protected. Delicious cheeses, we are enjoying them. Basque cake good but not exceptional, a bit disappointed. But that doesn't take away from the overall satisfaction.

Excellent cheese, Bayonne ham too strong for our taste, and really too thick slices.

The navigation on the site is well done. The delivery and its tracking are exemplary. Fast and secure delivery. The products I bought are all of quality, both the sausages and the cheeses. I started with a discovery idea and have since been convinced by the quality of the products. Well done! The prices are in a high category, but that's the price of quality.

Fast delivery. Perfect packaging. The only small downside, in the product photo, it was indicated that it was a 2009 wine which is an excellent vintage, whereas upon delivery it was a 2018 vintage which is acceptable.

The delivery times are not respected even though there is an important payment option for delivery fees for delivery within 48 hours, but this is not the case in reality. So very, very disappointed...

Response from Maison Agour
Indeed, we ensure delivery within 24/48 hours from the shipment of the package, and we clearly specify this in the presentation text of each carrier. Depending on the period or the selected products, the order preparation time may be a bit longer than usual. Nevertheless, we strive to always ship orders as quickly as possible. We understand that the delay was not suitable for you, but we reacted very quickly once you expressed your dissatisfaction.

The site itself is fine, but the big problem is the quality of the cured ham aged 9 months. This is the second order I have made. The first was not conclusive at all (excessively salty ham), but this time it's a disaster. I wanted to take a slice at noon and it is all white as if coated with a layer of talc and still too salty. I do not recommend this company and will not order anything again. I will throw away this quarter of inedible ham. It serves as a lesson and makes me wary of so-called rewards!!! The tasters should have consulted our grandparents who knew how to make real and good ham.

Everything went well, but... I appreciated less the mention for the cheese '...to be consumed before 28/03/2023'! Too short a deadline compared to the purchase date! For the excellent cake: it would be better protected in a more rigid box to avoid breakage! Don't take this as a complaint but as a personal opinion!

Even if these products are not made by you and you are only the distributors, I do not accept to pay 50% more than at the producer itself. For this reason, even if some of your products interest me, I will not order anything from you anymore and your €5 discount will not change anything. Best regards
