For the relational quality between the company and the client, everything is perfect. However, the communication from Pick Up is catastrophic. The package stayed ...5 days in the depot store without the carrier sending me an email or a text message. Unfortunately, this spoiled the experience for me. Fortunately, the cheese arrived intact. We pay an average of €20 per shipment and have chosen to charge only €14.90 to absorb part of it. That said, we also offer an alternative with DPD for standard delivery. Order placed on 12/2. Shipped on 12/5. DPD carrier informs me of a delivery on 12/6. On Friday 12/6 at 11 am, I received an email informing me that my order could not be delivered. DPD La Roche sur Yon does not deliver on Saturdays, so my order was delivered on Monday 12/9. The delivery person told me that the depot was not heated, and fortunately, we are in December. Cheeses well packaged. But taking the risk of sending a package on a Thursday with a carrier that does not deliver on Saturday, the 24/48h delivery cannot be guaranteed.
