Delivery arrived successfully and quickly. The only downside is that the cheese was not vacuum sealed, is that normal? Not having tasted it upon arrival, it stayed a few days in the refrigerator drawer and upon opening I noticed it had suffered. It remains very edible nonetheless.

Hello, I sent an email following the receipt of my order and to this day I have not received a response. Indeed, the carrier was a day late on the delivery and consequently the package was no longer cold at all, the frozen bread completely liquid and the package at room temperature, the cheese in vacuum had started to ooze... I have ordered several times and have never had a problem but now no response from you...

The cheese received was moldy and inedible. The cake was really good. What a shame, the advertising was really enticing. The customer service didn't even bother to respond to me. I do not recommend.

Cold chain not respected, package received on Monday 19.08.2024. This package should have been delivered on the 16th or 17th. The refrigerated packs were useless. I cannot offer and use the ordered products at the guest table as initially planned for fear of ???? I would have preferred to be informed of the delivery problems related to the August 15 holiday.
