Once it leaves your place, you manage nothing. The delivery location was changed without my intervention, and it was no longer your responsibility according to you... Instead of going next to my house, I had to cross all of Marseille.

Your chocolates are shipped via the DPD carrier to a relay point, with delivery generally made within one to two working days from Monday to Friday in mainland France (Saturday delivery is not guaranteed).
When the initially selected relay point is saturated or unavailable, the carrier can indeed redirect the package to another relay point located within a maximum radius of 20 km around the planned address. This decision unfortunately falls under their logistical organization, and this mention is clearly stated in our delivery conditions.
We fully understand the constraint this may have represented for you, especially considering the distance to be traveled, and we are sorry for that.

Hello, I bought 3 pieces of cheese. Cow and sheep milk cheese, lacking body in aging. Disappointed, it's for children or beginners. Ossau Iraty AOP - Raw Milk. Generally disappointed, raw milk cheeses have more character. Ossau-Iraty AOP ⬆️ (Aging: Long aging) finally a cheese, with a bit more character and length in the mouth, next time I will try the old reserve. For me, a crucial indication is missing, which is the aging duration (the range between 4 and 17 months is far too broad) and the quality-price ratio is not there for the first two. Here is my subjective opinion, I admit it, but you asked me for it.

Aging is the maturation period during which the cheese develops its aromas, texture, and personality. At Agour, this artisanal step takes place in our wooden aging rooms, between 4 and 18 months, depending on the desired character: the majority of our cheeses are aged for 6 months, some for 12 months, and the most typical up to 18 months, for more intense and complex flavors.
We understand your expectations regarding the precision of these durations and are working to make them more visible to best accompany each tasting.

I ordered 3 cheeses: 2 sheep and 1 cow - It was hot when I picked up my package which was well preserved at the relay. When I opened it, the vacuum packaging was not airtight (failed pressure) and the cheeses were oozing a lot... The Ossau-Iraty, which is a hard cheese, was completely soft. I put everything in the fridge as soon as I got home, but I admit that the cow's milk cheese had a lot of trouble regaining consistency.

A product too dry, impossible to taste. First bad rating
Disappointed this time. The ham was too dry and the sausages very small for the price.

Out of 2 orders placed with Agour, the choice of products was not respected. After a complaint, we were refunded for the product.
Fast delivery time, product arrived in good condition but it's the first time I eat a Basque cake that is so bad, it's a shame.
Some products (Tomme 3 milks for example) are incorrectly listed as in stock on the site. No commercial gesture following this error.
My package arrived in excellent condition, beautifully packaged. Unfortunately, I haven't tasted it yet. Christmas hasn't arrived yet. But having lived 12 years in Pau, I know the products and I have never been disappointed with the local products. After the holidays, I am sure of the compliments.

Hello, I sent an email following the receipt of my order and to this day I have not received a response. Indeed, the carrier was a day late on the delivery and consequently the package was no longer cold at all, the frozen bread completely liquid and the package at room temperature, the cheese in vacuum had started to ooze... I have ordered several times and have never had a problem but now no response from you...
Already a few orders on the site. Surprised to receive a tommette that expires on September 29, which is less than 20 days of shelf life with a strongly pronounced odor. The rest of the order is compliant.
The cheese received was moldy and inedible. The cake was really good. What a shame, the advertising was really enticing. The customer service didn't even bother to respond to me. I do not recommend.
The cheeses are very good and the delivery has been correct, but the weight and size requirement for the cheeses is excessive. I would suggest setting the goal on a total cost but with the possibility of buying smaller pieces and chunks. Thank you very much.

A product arrived with an expired date, but after a week of battling, the complaint was taken into account with the return of the said product accompanied by a commercial gesture that was appreciated. Customer service only operates in the morning, which is unfortunate that this is not indicated on their site.
The products are of quality, but a big effort is needed on distribution; too much time between ordering and delivery.
The order took a long time to arrive; I placed the order on May 5, and it arrived on May 15, 10 days, which is a long time for delivery. The cheeses are very good.
