I ordered 3 cheeses: 2 sheep and 1 cow - It was hot when I picked up my package which was well preserved at the relay. When I opened it, the vacuum packaging was not airtight (failed pressure) and the cheeses were oozing a lot... The Ossau-Iraty, which is a hard cheese, was completely soft. I put everything in the fridge as soon as I got home, but I admit that the cow's milk cheese had a lot of trouble regaining consistency.

Regarding the swollen bags, don't worry: it's completely normal. It's related to our packaging method for the sausages, which leaves a small volume of air to avoid crushing the product and to preserve its quality. We sincerely apologize for the close expiration dates.

A product too dry, impossible to taste. First bad rating
Disappointed this time. The ham was too dry and the sausages very small for the price.

Out of 2 orders placed with Agour, the choice of products was not respected. After a complaint, we were refunded for the product.
Fast delivery time, product arrived in good condition but it's the first time I eat a Basque cake that is so bad, it's a shame.
Some products (Tomme 3 milks for example) are incorrectly listed as in stock on the site. No commercial gesture following this error.
My package arrived in excellent condition, beautifully packaged. Unfortunately, I haven't tasted it yet. Christmas hasn't arrived yet. But having lived 12 years in Pau, I know the products and I have never been disappointed with the local products. After the holidays, I am sure of the compliments.

Quality products, nothing to say but the delivery time by Chronofresh is not respected. Our last delivery, despite the extra 'Chronofresh delivery', arrived after 4 days.
Hello, I sent an email following the receipt of my order and to this day I have not received a response. Indeed, the carrier was a day late on the delivery and consequently the package was no longer cold at all, the frozen bread completely liquid and the package at room temperature, the cheese in vacuum had started to ooze... I have ordered several times and have never had a problem but now no response from you...
Already a few orders on the site. Surprised to receive a tommette that expires on September 29, which is less than 20 days of shelf life with a strongly pronounced odor. The rest of the order is compliant.
The cheese received was moldy and inedible. The cake was really good. What a shame, the advertising was really enticing. The customer service didn't even bother to respond to me. I do not recommend.
The cheeses are very good and the delivery has been correct, but the weight and size requirement for the cheeses is excessive. I would suggest setting the goal on a total cost but with the possibility of buying smaller pieces and chunks. Thank you very much.

The package was delivered late but arrived safely. This delay did not affect the quality of the cheese, which, in my opinion, was even refined. The products are packaged with great care and well protected, and beyond these remarks: the cheeses are excellent. A pure delight!!!! This is not the first time I order from AGOUR, so I was not surprised by the quality of these products. It smells good of the Basque Country!!!! Real local and organic products. Moreover, Agour employs Basque families, and that is solidarity!!! Bravo!!! I recommend AGOUR with my eyes closed. Thank you again for the quality of your products.

A product arrived with an expired date, but after a week of battling, the complaint was taken into account with the return of the said product accompanied by a commercial gesture that was appreciated. Customer service only operates in the morning, which is unfortunate that this is not indicated on their site.
The products are of quality, but a big effort is needed on distribution; too much time between ordering and delivery.
The order took a long time to arrive; I placed the order on May 5, and it arrived on May 15, 10 days, which is a long time for delivery. The cheeses are very good.
"Pikorra" sheep cheese (Format: x3) The container arrived open, staining the rest of the ordered products, fortunately sealed.

Good evening Madam or Sir, When opening my package, a jar of foie gras was broken and this foie gras looked nothing like the one I bought at the Gastronomy Fair in BREST PENFELD.
20% promised on the site but not effective at payment. Too bad.
