A bit disappointed nonetheless, I expected more seriousness, no cooling bag replaced by a pork pâté, delivery scheduled for Tuesday arrived on Friday after a call to DELPHINE who was very responsive, nothing to say, moral of the story the crottins are to be eaten with a straw all melted, disappointment otherwise we tasted the fillet and the ham very good.
Hello, the products were well packaged and correspond to my wishes. However, the transport by private courier is deplorable. I waited at home for delivery. Finally, without warning during this wait, I was delivered to a relay point. Waste of time, buying metro tickets... Deplorable service and without the expected friendly exchange.

Very disappointed because the order was placed on November 8 and the package was received on November 16 knowing that it was for a birthday meal planned for the 14... Regarding the products, the sheep cheese is good but expensive. The shortbread of the Basque cake is delicious but the cherry jam is way too sweet. I have my habits in Itxassou and it is really not up to par. Too bad.
Very good cheese, espelette pepper pâté so-so, I am still looking for the pepper and it feels too industrial, the dry sausage with espelette pepper average quality in terms of meat lacks passion inside. Correct sliced charcuterie.
Hello, It seems that you do not consult the remarks made by your customers in your 'contact us' section. I will therefore repeat myself. During my last order which is the subject of this satisfaction request, there were two jars of foie gras, one plain, the other with espelette pepper. I thought I would taste an excellent product as noted on your site, and well NO, what a disappointment! This foie gras was of a dreadful insipidity, to the point of not really knowing what I was tasting. This is a shame because previously I had eaten 21-month aged ham which is excellent. For the end of year holidays, I will simply return to the Breton foie gras producers who have always satisfied me. Best regards.
From the product designation point of view, I would have liked: 1 - The mention of fresh product on the shipping carton so that it is identified as such by logistics (delivery person and reception point). This allows for better storage conditions. 2 - The Basque country ham purchased is really very salty, which overshadows the quality meat. If this is normal, I would have liked it to be mentioned in the product description. I use this ham for cooking because it is impossible for me to eat it as is due to a too high salinity level. 3 - The cheese is top-notch. The quality is superior.
Don't ruin your cheeses with Espelette pepper, it's frankly not good
One of the two hams arrived with the vacuum seal broken. This is not very pleasant because it forces you to consume the product quickly.
I saw the cold chain logo, but I thought that during the transport of sensitive materials, the eutectics were included in the price! Why receive spoiled goods, which happened for the coche ham, but not for the smoked pieces. Do you not have an obligation to ensure the cold chain?

The website was not good because I could not distinguish between the recipient of the goods and the billed person. Incorrect phone numbers were put on the order. My order was then delivered incorrectly. An order placed on December 13 was finally delivered on December 31. I was very upset because the gift did not arrive in time for Christmas.
Purchase of an 18-month ham and disappointed because the flavor is quite 'neutral' (I have known much finer, I buy 1 to 2 hams with bone per year) and quite fatty nonetheless. However, this is the first time I took an 18-month one. Unlikely that I will buy this product again.

Hello, indeed the Christmas period is a time when carriers are quite unpredictable.. Unfortunately, we can't do much about it.. We work with TNT because it is one of the only carriers offering such fast delivery (24h), essential for our products. We also work with Chronopost which also offers delivery in 24h, in refrigerated trucks but the price is not the same, a delivery via Chronopost costs us about €20 per package. Next time, opt for this carrier to be sure not to have other issues.
Order of sausages with a product that has a consumption date of 2 days after receiving the package. We called and then sent an email, and to this day still no response.
Product still as good but upon receipt, the entire bottom part of the cheese was wet and the rind was crumbling.... which made it unfit for consumption. (transport, packaging?).... really disappointed.
Fast delivery in 24 hours, however, there was a problem finding the address by TNT. They didn't call even though we asked them to because our address is not easy to find. Change the carrier!!! Big stress because it was a birthday gift! Not easy to reach you by phone either, but with persistence, we manage. However, good order tracking.

Disappointed by the delivery method. The plastic ice packs that accompany the cheese are non-recyclable waste. It's such a shame! A delivery service like Chronofresh is certainly more suitable for this type of product.
Order not sent to the pickup point. Error on the product, porcini sausage, the sausage was made from sheep. However, nothing to say about the delay, about the freshness. The sheep cheese is very good.

Package received today, fast delivery. However, regarding the products (sheep sausage, porcini mushrooms, chili) disappointing... The sausage itself clearly leaves something to be desired in terms of taste, it feels like eating a supermarket sausage. Having bought the same flavors in the Pyrenees, it's nothing compared to that! Very disappointed!

20 : The products are of quality; however, I am extremely dissatisfied with the delivery. I was directed to a relay that does not have my order. No information from the carrier; Ultimately, the day after tomorrow, it was the contact from Agour who informed me of another address where to pick up my package. Of course, the products (the cheeses) suffered from this delay. I will not repeat the experience.
