I'm due to receive a credit note for a 29€ ball joint but I can't see where to look to use it and obviously place a new order.

surprised at the speed of delivery, it's very much appreciated. the only regret is that I also wanted the strait-flex crack tape that you apparently didn't have in your catalog.

Arrived on time. Products a little expensive perhaps. To be seen in time if they are of better quality than the others. For the moment I'm fine with it, but I reserve this site for things that are indispensable or impossible to find elsewhere.

The question is not how I would describe the site because I haven't spent enough time studying it, but what bothers me is that I would like to make other purchases but you don't take your customers' requests seriously. I asked you for full documentation on the syringe kit, why didn't I receive it? Or why hasn't a sales representative contacted me?

The website could do with some work. It's impractical and doesn't give the impression of professionalism, whereas the company's quality of service and responsiveness to order processing is top-notch! it's a shame...
