First and last time I order from MANDALASHOP! Indeed, I placed an order with delivery within 24 to 48 hours and I received it 5 days after the order. Then I chose to put a message on the gift package and instead I received a nice sticker "pleasure of giving". I paid an extra fee to include this message........This site is to be forgotten!!

Hello Fabien, we accept criticism when it is justified, but not excessive comments or those distorting reality. Your order placed on May 7 was shipped on May 11 (with May 8 being a holiday) and then delivered on May 12. The announced shipping times (and not delivery) were therefore respected. Regarding the gift wrapping, your products were carefully prepared in velvet pouches and then wrapped for gifting. If despite this the products do not suit you, you have of course 14 days to return them to us, in accordance with our terms and conditions.
