Despite having had many problems with the delivery due to the courier company SEUR in my municipality, Arnaud from Mandalashop has always been very willing to help and has done thorough follow-up until my order was delivered yesterday, 9/9. The frames and the ball are much smaller than I expected, even though the sizes are well indicated on the website. I ordered 2 frames, a crystal ball with LED light and wooden stand, and 2 pendants. The quality of all the products is very good. It's just that the frames are 1/4 the size I wanted, but that's my responsibility for not taking the tape measure and making sure beforehand. The price seems excessive for the size they are. Still, I would buy from Mandalashop again because the quality is good and customer service is excellent. Thank you.

I thought it would be a bit bigger but it's still beautiful, I asked them to put a "fragile" sticker on it and they did, also they gave me two beautiful stickers as a gift! Surely if I need it in the future I will buy again.
