My delivery was delayed by a month due to an event beyond their control: one of my items was missing because the company managing Mangatori's removal had lost the box containing the figurine and only handed it over when they returned from vacation (i.e. back to school). (I don't know how long before Mangatori would have informed me, as I contacted them 3 days after ordering, i.e. the day before the estimated delivery date. However, I've had regular exchanges and the replies have been prompt from customer service. Even if it's not their fault, the service didn't hesitate to make me a commercial gesture for this one-month delay in relation to the estimated delivery. (Delivery was impeccable. The site is pleasant to consult, but the only negative point is the sorting. I just think it's a shame that I can't sort by release date on each license or in the "pre-orders" tab, when the function only exists for the "new releases" tab.

I ordered a new myth cloth and I received another one, so it's not the right product, the box is scratched and corroded, and it's not in blister pack. So I don't recommend it. Even if the customer service remains attentive. 2 orders 2 bad surprises

Site rich in articles but navigation not very fluid. Preparation of the order rather fast but the follow-up of the delivery is catastrophic with delay of delivery. To be reviewed
