The first order I placed I received everything in perfect condition, no problems. But the second order the cardboard was very damaged and the box of the figurine, I would have liked to be told that it is very fragile and I find the figurine damaged or poor quality.

Very good site with a wide choice and new items regularly, customer service is responsive, only downside is the shipping by Mondial Relay on 3 orders I had 2 delivery problems (2 and 3 weeks late) but it's mostly Mondial Relay at fault.

The original box is all smashed up, fortunately the figurine is fine!
I hope it won't be like this every time, otherwise we'll have to consider a commercial gesture.
