I had high hopes after the surgery that the headrest would make it easier for me to lie on my stomach... Unfortunately, that was not the case... The support was a great help on the way home from the clinic by car, as we had to cover 500 km. It was good for that. But at home, I couldn't use it at all for lying on my stomach; my chin always slipped down between the pillow, then the plastic casing would touch, and after a while, I had pressure on both sides of my jaw... So, my jaw hurt... Somehow, the support didn't provide me with much assistance... Unfortunately...

a useful product after vitrectomy to maintain an adequate position. However, I had a bit of difficulty installing it on my bed to sleep if I wanted to keep my head inside the bed. Likewise, I have to change the direction of part B to place it on a table or a desk. Finally, I did not find in the manual or on the internet what the two small black pieces were for, one with scratch and the other with adhesive. I would appreciate an explanation on this subject.

I have bought my Massme in readiness for my vitrectomy operation in a few weeks time so have only tried it out for short times so far. It seems comfortable and supportive but I find it difficult to use wear my glasses while using it. They don't have big rims but the cushion pushes them into my face and is uncomfortable. I guess I won't have to wear them much!

The pillow is quite pleasantly soft, however, the handling is not particularly good. The plastic is very sharp-edged, I keep tearing my fingers while turning the screw. The locking mechanism is also very poor. It slips out very quickly despite the plug.

It's a shame that the chin rests on the plastic, which is not optimal. A higher and firmer foam would have prevented contact.

Thank you for your feedback, the manual specifies that the two tips must be glued side by side to prevent any contact with the frame. The foam has two densities, allowing you to choose a firmer support.

Thank you for your feedback. In the lying position, the system is compatible with mattresses up to 36 cm thick! In the sitting position, it is designed for people up to 1.95 m tall. Of course, the seat height of the chair or stool also plays an important role.

It is not necessary to unscrew the screw! It only needs to be turned three times for the axis to adjust the angle to be automatically released! The small noise (click) with each angle step is normal.

Good product for postoperative retinal detachment (used mainly for sleeping) although sometimes it is uncomfortable when sleeping due to the number of hours in the same position. It arrived with a broken piece during transport but they quickly sent me a new one (very good service).
