Very significant delivery delay with no communication!!! It took several reminder emails and warnings of a complaint to achieve a resolution!!!
I placed an order for 4 pans, but I only received 2 that I ordered. The other 2 were replaced with pans that I did not order, and so far I have not heard anything following my complaint. I hope to hear back very soon; otherwise, I will be very disappointed.
Items arrived, almost 1 month after the order!!!!
Seller not serious who does not assume these errors of stock I agreed to pay 6€ of delivery charges for two articles making 19€ according to them in stock and finally I receive that an article with 9€ the other not being any more in stock I would never have paid 6€ of delivery charges for an article with 9€.

I received a faulty mug that I couldn't give as a gift (even though the fault was visible on their part before dispatch - indelible marks - backed up by photos). For the damage, they only offered a 60% refund on the product (not including delivery costs). I'm left with an unusable product and lost 40% of the cost of the mug (plus delivery costs). In such cases, you have to offer an exchange at the seller's expense, or a full refund including delivery costs. No reply despite several reminders to the site.

I never received my order or its refund
I ordered for the first time on your site on 1/12. The delivery times were notified as 4 to 6 days. I received the product on 14/12, which is already a delay in delivery. What's more, when I opened the parcel, the product was broken and unusable. I have sent several emails with photos, but to date there has been no reply. I'm therefore taking legal action with my legal assistance to perhaps get a response to my e-mails and get my money back, as the product is unusable. I absolutely do not recommend this website.
My diary arrived damaged
1. I wrote a message to cancel my order on the day of ordering. The parcel was still sent. 2. I ordered 3 products and only received 1. No explanation. 3. I had to pay 9.9 delivery fee for the order. It's completely unreasonable because I actually only received part of the order. In normal case, the delivery fee shall be refunded. 4. I raised all those issues and expressed my unsatisfactory. No response from your side. To sum up, a horrible shopping experience.

Neither the parcel service provider nor a German tracking number was provided. There was also no response to numerous inquiries. The telephone hotline only has an endless tape message. They only responded by opening a paypal case. I would not buy there again.

After La Poste took over the parcel, your phone number and e-mail address were forwarded to DPD, who is responsible for the delivery of your parcel. Normally DPD should contact you by email and phone to arrange delivery. However, if you have not been contacted by DPD, please note that we are not responsible for this. However, we are available to resolve any delivery issues you may encounter.
DPD's tracking number was provided to you later by the carrier. Please understand that we cannot monitor each customer's parcel individually as this is the responsibility of the carrier.

Zero after-sales service. I'm still waiting for a response from customer service for over 15 days.
I bought an unbreakable feeding-bottle not even 6 months ago it has just broken today I sent an email with the invoice because it was still under warranty no response I called by phone impossible to reach the team I sent several emails it's been almost a month now no return no response from them frankly it really pisses a very disappointing site I do not advise to make your purchases on this site

Hello, I will not recommend this site again. I thought I had bought 8 notebooks (2 sets of 4) and in the end I only got 2 notebooks. The presentation on the site was misleading because 4 notebooks were displayed whereas there was only one notebook. It wasn't specified in the ad either. No big deal. I was fooled once but not twice. All the best.

My package that I received was hidden, I sent you the message and the photo but you didn't react. This really disgusted me. I have even decided never to order from you again. I bought the couscousier at a very high price.

I ordered a diary, I paid for it, then I waited and finally they told me they were sold out, so I cancelled the order. I don't think it's very serious to sell items they don't even have in stock. I'm really disappointed.

Product purchased but sale cancelled a few days later due to stock shortage. It was refunded, however. But why act the sale without stock. It was urgent for me, so I lost several days. Too bad.

I ordered a 5-meter meter on Feb. 25, 2023, and mistakenly an 8-meter meter arrived. I sent on contacts, a request for explanation, but as of today March 12 I have not received any response. I do not have a good impression of this seller. I am willing to change the review if there is any contact about it.
Completely disappointed I ordered size 140 and received size 90 so I wouldn't do anything with it and my son is disappointed too

However, there was no error of destination on our part for your order. You have placed an order for delivery in France, but you live in Martinique. The shipping costs involved are really not the same. We have therefore offered you, rather than cancel your order, to ship it to Martinique if the consequent shipping costs were rules, which you have accepted.
The order has been shipped and as confirmed by the tracking of your package, it is being delivered.
